APM Instructors: 60500 Communication & Facilitation Skills Enablement Seminar (OE)

The Communication & Facilitation Skills Enablement Seminar prepares SME instructor candidates to deliver GED APM training and led workshops. 

Factors affecting the program include:

1. Readiness & Qualification of the instructor pool
2. Product knowledge and practical experience.
3. Familiarity with EQ Emotional Intelligence to relate and communicate with others effectively
4. The onsite and/or online distance-learning environment which the training will be delivered

Communication & Facilitation skills is a critical component of the trainer onboarding process.     It is required for the Approved Instructor Badge.  Various APM courses excepts will be used as practical examples for applying training concepts.
