Overview

In this course, you will learn the basics of Calibration Management. You will understand the calibration workflow, set up Calibration Strategies, build Profile Templates, create Calibration Profiles,run both automated and manual calibrations, and establish necessary calibration tools. This course is intended to allow you to become more comfortable with the analytical elements of Calibration Management.

• Explain how calibration defaults are used in setting up templates
• Set up calibration types using various calibration methods, such as analog, discrete, and single component analyzer
• Set up the different templates using the strategies you defined
• Explain the difference between an automated template and a manual template
• Explain the purpose of a calibration profile
• Modify a template and see how it affects assets linked via a profile
• Create calibration task records from calibration profiles
• Create a manual calibration
• Enter manual As Found and As Left values
• Create a recommendation
• Update certification information to ensure calibration devices meet set standards
• Create a Standard Gas Cylinder record
