Overview

This interactive course will provide attendees with the knowledge and skills needed to use APM’s Asset Strategy Management to build and implement Strategies. The fundamental theory behind Asset Strategy is also covered in this class, as well as a thorough discussion on risk assessment and management. Attendees will learn about the Asset Strategy Work Process steps and how to build Asset Strategies, which are collections of Actions performed against an asset in order to mitigate asset-related risks. After building and improving an Asset Strategy, participants will implement some of the associated Actions within APM. Course participants will also learn how to use basic qualitative risk analysis to evaluate existing plans and determine whether they should be updated to manage risk more effectively.
