Course Description

4101 Reliability Analytics

Reliability Analytics provides tools that can help you analyze data, develop operational and maintenance strategies, and evaluate the effectiveness of those strategies over time. During this course, you will gain the necessary knowledge and skills to utilize Reliability Analytics tools for the analysis of existing maintenance, design, predictive, and process data. After completing this course, you will be able to query the data currently in your database to perform a number of analyses that will help you identify reliability problems. Once a reliability problem is identified and you have built a query, you will be able to apply Statistical Reliability methods. You also will learn how to build various analyses, including Growth, Weibull, and Production Analyses.

This class is designed for:

  • APM Analysts
  • Functional Consultants - Reliability
  • Reliability Engineers

  • 4000 – APM Foundation

When you complete this course, you will be able to:

  • Explain concepts related to Reliability Analytics
  • Identify bad actors and assess how they affect an APM analysis
  • Use queries that relate to reliability analysis
  • Explain the concepts of a Weibull Analysis and incorporate the findings into a reliability analysis
  • Explain the concepts of Production Analysis
  • Understand the Automation Rules for Reliability Analytics
  • Explain what a Spares analysis is and how it incorporates into APM
