Overview

Participants in this interactive, one-day course will learn how to tactically identify and solve existing asset performance problems. Course attendees will discuss how basic measurement practices must be in place to associate production losses with asset performance by setting up proper metrics and scorecards. Additionally, participants will learn how root cause analysis is employed to quickly and effectively resolve issues and how mature organization apply reliability analytics to resolve performance issues, particularly those with a degree of complexity or uncertainty that traditional analysis methodologies are not equipped to solve. If a problem exists, this work process will find it and fix it.
